The Opportunity
As a Solutions Engineer on the Partner Success team, you will play a pivotal role working directly with our partners as they implement and launch their cutting-edge fintech applications on the Cybrid Platform.
This is an opportunity for a high-potential individual to make a direct impact on Cybrid’s, and our partner’s, bottom line in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Become a technical expert in the features, functionalities, and best practices of the Cybrid Platform API, web and mobile SDKs
- Provide technical guidance to our partners to ensure their implementations go quickly and smoothly, and they get the most out of the Cybrid Platform
- Contribute to the software development of the Cybrid Partner Portal web application that is a core system to both Cybrid's internal team and partners
- Build scripts and automations that will enable the partner success team to scale operations
- Collaborate with internal teams including engineering, product, and compliance to solve partner challenges
- Leverage a suite of custom internal tools such as Cybrid’s Partner Portal and Cybrid Platform APIs, as well as 3rd-party blockchain, banking, and compliance systems, to troubleshoot complex partner issues
- Create and maintain technical documentation including developer guides and knowledge base articles
- Identify and recommend Cybrid Platform features that will enable our partners to improve their product offerings
- Test and evaluate new Cybrid Platform features and provide feedback to the product team
- Foster a partner-focused mindset and a commitment to delivering high-quality service
- Mentor new team members as the team grows
Stretch-Goal Responsibilities
- Be a key contributor to the design and development of the next version of the Cybrid Partner Portal web application that is a core system to both Cybrid's internal team and partners
- Build scripts and automations that will enable the entire Cybrid organization to scale operations
Experience
- 2+ years of modern web/mobile development and/or support engineering
- Strong knowledge of asynchronous REST APIs and webhooks
- Strong knowledge of scripting languages such as JavaScript
- Experience with cryptocurrency and traditional banking systems and procedures
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve complex software and process issues
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to explain and document technical issues and concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask across multiple partner implementations while remaining calm, cool, and collected
- Experience working with remote teams and global partners
- Experience in messaging platforms such as Slack
Bonus Experience
- Experience with low-code platforms such as Retool
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Plotly
- Experience with Ruby web development
- Experience with compliance systems and procedures

Compensation
$80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
